What's included (and you won't find this kind of NYE package anywhere else in Des Moines):

• All You Care to Drink Cocktails. Including the Good Stuff. That means our full cocktail menu, our full beer list (including every domestic and import beer we offer), house champagne, and top shelf liquors for one price!
• DJs from Open to Close. With unlimited drinks, you WILL want to dance...and we WILL have the best music for dancing all night long.
• Midnight Appetizers and Desserts. Our excellent DJs will have you working up an appetite so we'll bring out the snacks at just the right time!
• NYE Party Favors for Everyone. We don't skimp on anything and party favors are no different. If you have a ticket, you're getting party favors.
• Midnight Champagne Toast. It wouldn't be NYE without the champagne! This is a full service kind party and we're making sure everyone has a glass of bubbly in their hand at midnight. An Exclusive Nightingale Cocktail Commemorative Glass. Enjoy your midnight toast in your commemorative glass. When you're done, the glass is yours to keep!
• Optional Reserved Seating. Don't spend your NYE in a busy bar trying to find a place to sit, reserve yourself a seat and you're guaranteed to have a spot all night long!
• Admission may be available at the door (capacity permitting) but the safest option will be to purchase tickets in advance.

If I reserve a VIP table and would like to request additional accommodations, is this possible?

We want all of our guests to be 100% satisfied and we will make every effort to accommodate any special requests you may have.

What are the conditions for the All-night VIP open bar?

When you arrive, you'll be shown to your table. You can order drinks at the bar or from our wait staff who will be taking excellent care throughout the night. There will be a small number of super-premium liquors which will be excluded from this promotion (e.g. Stoli Elit, Don Julio 1492, Johnnie Walker Blue Label, etc.) but the vast majority of top shelf liquors WILL be included (e.g. Grey Goose, Ciroc, Tanqueray, and our full martini menu) as will all bottled beers, and house champagne. Shots will not be included. We will observe responsible alcohol service practices for all patrons including those purchasing this promotion.

Can I purchase multiple tickets for my friends (or transfer my ticket)?

If you purchase multiple tickets under one name, all members of your party will need to be present at the time you enter the event. In other words, we cannot check you in and hold another ticket under your name until your guest arrives. If you purchase multiple tickets under your name, you CAN transfer them so that they are in your friends' names after you've purchased them by contacting us. All guests must have valid photo id.

What if I want to seat more people at my reserved table/VIP area?

If you're thinking about reserving a table but your group is slightly larger than the table that you're reserving (e.g. five people at a four person table) that's not a problem at all. You're free to have as many people as you want at your table/VIP area, just be aware that you might have to share a seat or two!

Are refunds available?

If you require a refund because you are unable to attend the event, we will handle your request on a case by case basis. Because capacity is very limited, we may have to turn away potential attendees if certain tickets are sold out and we may or may not be able to re-book those tickets.
